Though the 20 apartments interlocked on the slope differ a lot from each other in architecture and geographic design, they however are 35 square meters of size each, and consist from a living-room with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with bath-tub and shower.
There are two balconies with garden furniture in front of the living-room and of the bedroom as well (except 2 apartments on the ground level which have verandas instead).

The kitchenettes have refrigerators and two-flame electric stoves, and are equipped with the essential pots and pans, plates and dishes, knifes and forks etc.

|
In each bedroom there are either two single beds or a double bed. Living-rooms have either another bed plus a sofa, or two convertible sofas.
Sea view and music system are included, and so is central heating during springtime and autumn.
Warm water is heated by solar collectors.
Air conditioning, baby cots, and direct dial phone are available against a fee.

Cleaning and change of sheets every 3 days, basic service and change of towels every 2 days. Laundry service on request.
